ESL Teachers (International Account)

Job Description: Our English as a Second Language (ESL) Teachers conduct language training to help improve students’ English Language skills in speaking, writing, and reading. Their primary responsibility will be to conduct scheduled online lessons using video conferencing platforms, interactive whiteboards, and other digital tools while following a planned curriculum focused on the English Language.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled online lessons using digital learning tools, guiding the learners through the different complexities of the English Language.
Assess students’ language proficiency using standardized tests, informal assessments, and observation.
Use appropriate teaching style depending on the students’ age, gender, culture, and learning style while following the planned curriculum.
Administer routine coaching sessions with implemented action plans on a routine basis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is preferred. SHS and HS (Old Curriculum) Graduates are accepted.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English Language. Must be able to understand a wide variety of foreign accents and speech patterns.
Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments and students of differing ages and backgrounds.
Prior teaching (online or brick and mortar) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Willingness to report to our Imus, Cavite office.
