Financial Care Specialist (Local Account)

Job Description:

Our Financial Care Specialists play a crucial role in assisting customers with debt management. The primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to individuals that need assistance with debt management. Our goal is to help them navigate their debts and find suitable solutions and payment plans for them.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate and handle outbound calls to customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
Debt Management: Understand customers’ financial situations, assess their debts, and provide guidance on repayment options.
Negotiation: Engage in respectful negotiations with debtors, aiming to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, payment arrangements, and progress.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing clear explanations.
Time Management: Must be able to meet collection targets daily.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is preferred. SHS and HS(Old Curriculum) Graduates are accepted
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the English and Filipino Language. Must be able to negotiate and empathize effectively in both languages.
Ability to handle varying customer situations and adapt to changing circumstances.
Prior BPO experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Will be willing to report to our Imus, Cavite office.
